Anika has been the Member Relations Manager of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) since November 2020. With over two decades as a communications and marketing leader, Anika has held senior marketing and communications management and consulting positions both locally and internationally, in markets such as New York City, Mexico City, and Paris. As a consultant, Anika has developed brand management, corporate communications, and marketing strategies for companies in various sectors including finance, energy, edtech, and fintech. Anika has a Master’s degree in French Studies and International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature from the University of the West Indies, Mona. Additionally, she has a certificate in Project Management and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance. Anika serves as Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee and is a member of the Corporate Governance and Remuneration Committees.
