Robert is a banking and finance professional with over 30 years of experience managing, developing and assessing enterprise operations risk across multiple sectors, including banking and finance, investments, renewable energy, real estate, hospitality and tourism. His experience spans multiple markets including Jamaica, United States, Canada, Guyana, and Grenada. Robert has expertise in practice of banking, banking law, lending, banking operations, statistical methods, corporate governance training for directors of financial institutions trained by USAID, risk management, and operational risk management audit. He also brings extensive Anti- Money Laundering Training, Financial Institutions Directors Training, Corporate Governance in Public Bodies, CrestCom – Bullet-Proof Leadership Training, Skills of Smart Supervision, Conflict Resolution, Team Building. PMP Training - Project Management for Project Teams, Learning for Project Teams and Real Estate Construction Management. Additionally, Robert has completed several Euromoney courses spanning Risk, Audit, and Operations Management. Robert is a former Director of ReMax Elite Jamaica and UCC Real Estate and Investment Development Limited. He currently sits on the board of Stratosphere Developers Limited.
